Q1. What is the lead time?

  A: Sample is 3-5 days, mass production time is 15-20 days for order less than 1000 pcs .

Q2. I don't like your standard colors. Can I choose any color for the housings? If yes, any extra cost?

  A: Yes, you can choose any Pantone colors you like. MOQ is 1000 pcs without any extra cost.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?

A:Our MOQ is 1000 pcs,500pcs for some models.

     Please let me know your choice.

Q4. How should we pay if we order from you?

A: For small amount, you can pay by paypal. For amount more than USD200,  you can pay by T/T or western union or Paypal(But customers need to pay for the commision fee)

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to reach our office?

A: We ship by EXPRESS like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT and by Sea or Air.

   It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive by EXPRES and 28-35 days by sea.

Q6. Can I have a sample even pre-production before I send you the order?

A: Yes, We can send you 2 samples even samples with logo for your approval first.
